Users are entirely responsible for keeping their dynamic authentication configurations confidential. Any fraudulent or abusive actions discovered within your account dashboard may result in immediate access restriction without notice.

2. Hyperlocal Order Fulfillment and Logistics Pricing

Easy Buy acts as an on-demand marketplace logistics platform linking retail buyers with regional merchant storefronts. Listed product values, dynamic distance delivery charges, and express time slots are real-time calculations based on active logistics availability, location distance tracking, and local weather patterns. Title and risk of transit damages shift safely to the customer upon delivery confirmation via an OTP entry check.

3. Cancellation and Financial Settlement Protocols

Customers can cancel standard grocery or delivery orders completely penalty-free up until the moment a vendor partner formally confirms the task request. For approved cancellations or defective delivery resolutions, refunds will be processed and settled back to your verified source account structure within 5 to 7 standard bank business days.
